Simona Fumagalli was born in  Monza, Italy in 1967.

After graduating from the Art High School of Bergamo she pursues her studies in the artistic field graduallyevolving from the classic figurative artshe had for long studied and assimilated with great attention and passion toa more personal style and technique in constant development.

In the last few years her attention and reaserch have been focussed on the world of animals, living representatives of vital powers, synthesized and dynamised to their essential forms.

In her paintings the subject always appears powerful in his closeup shot as if it wanted to getout of the canvasand is alive thanks to a painting style characterised by instinct and passion.

Loose definitive brushstrokes, cromatic combinations used in strong harmony to produce sensations of movement and a vivid expressivness define her unique signature style.
